Questions
Which label printers work?
Any label printer your computer can print to, including Brother QL (like the QL-810W) and Rollo. In the app you choose the label size and whether text runs along the long or short side, and a preview shows exactly what will print.
Does it change anything on my Whatnot show?
No. The browser extension reads the Sold list on your show page and tells the app about new sales. It never posts in chat or changes your listings, and your sales and buyers stay on your computer.
What happens when the free week ends?
The app asks you to subscribe. Subscribing takes a minute on this site, and the app picks it up straight away.
What if my internet drops during a show?
HammerSlip keeps working for up to three days without reaching our servers, so a hiccup never stops your printer.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, click Manage billing. You keep HammerSlip until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
