Terms of service
Last updated October 6, 2026. These terms are between you and Casefresh LLC, which makes HammerSlip.
The service
HammerSlip is software that prints labels for sales in your Whatnot live shows. It isn’t made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Whatnot. Whatnot may change its website at any time, which can stop HammerSlip from detecting sales until we release an update. Always check your Sold list.
Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get one 7-day free trial, which starts the first time you sign in to the app. One trial per person and per computer.
- After the trial, HammerSlip costs $10 a month plus any applicable tax, billed monthly by Stripe through Link until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments aren’t refunded for partial months, except where the law requires.
- Each subscription can be used on up to 2 computers, by you or your business.
Acceptable use
Don’t share your account beyond your own business, try to get around the trial or computer limits, or copy, resell or reverse engineer HammerSlip. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
HammerSlip is provided “as is”. We work to make it reliable, but we don’t promise it will never miss a sale or print incorrectly. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms or the price. We’ll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
